Continuous Process Improvement Project Proposal
If the Steering Committee selects this proposed project for Continuous Process
Improvement (CPI), the CPI team will first examine the project in detail using
statistical methods. Based upon this analysis, the team will then determine
and recommend appropriate action to the Steering Committee.

3. Describe briefly the measurable impact(s)/benefits that could be realized from this Project
