                          NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD
                                      April 26, 2007

The Administrative Office of the Courts entered into contract effective September 20,
2006, with American LegalNet, Inc. (ALN) of Encino, CA, to be the “Official Publisher
of Judicial Council Forms”. The term of the contract is from September 20, 2006 to
September 30, 2007 with options to extend the contract for two additional one-year
periods (October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008 and October 1, 2008 to September 30,
2009) at the sole discretion of the Administrative Office of the Courts.

This contract has a zero dollar value ($0.00). The sole consideration to be given to the
American LegalNet, Inc. under this contract would be in the form of rights to sell the
subject documents to the general public and to be called the “Official Publisher of
California Judicial Council Forms.”
