I am currently the Senior Accountant in charge of the College of Humanities and Social
Sciences. Am preparing to join the PhD program next year.

DUTIES include -current
   Provide financial guidance in formulating and implementation of the strate gic
     plan, budget and goals program for the college.

      Maximizes Cash Flow performance ,control for all revenue and expenses and
       protection of assets and ensuring controls satisfy and improve the level of
       customer service through the design and usage of serious MIS Systems developed
       within the on-the-job.

      Accurate and timely financial and operating information and provides analysis

The company provides catering service, loading and off- loading, laundry, bonded storage
and dry goods uplift, serving local and international airlines that land at Kenya’s premier
airports in Nairobi and Mombasa.

I am currently the Finance and Administration Manager in charge of Ennsvalley Bakery.
DUTIES include
   Assist and provides financial guidance in formulating and implementation of the
     strategic plan, budget and goals program.

      Maximizes Cash Flow performance of the control for all revenue and expenses
       and protection of assets and ensuring controls satisfy and improve the level of
       customer service through the design and usage of serious MIS Systems developed
       within the on-the-job.

      Maintain accurate and timely financial and operating information and provides
       analysis and interpretation to the Management as required.

      Provides administrative support to management with reference to policy
       enforcement business advice and operational assistance.

      Identifies training needs, develops training plans and conducts training sessions
       for Finance Staff in co-ordination with other departments.

      Conducts such functions as interviewing, hiring, performance appraisal, coaching,
       and suspensions if necessary, ensuring that appropriate staffing and productivity
       is enhanced.

       Inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances.

       service.

       analysis and interpretation to the management as required.
