        Steve joined Mondial as Account Manager working with Volkswagen, over twelve years
        he has held a number of roles including head of operations for BMW and Corporate
        Sales Manager before joining the newly formed travel division following the retirement
        of Dennis Peckham in late 2002. He was promoted to Director in 2004 and in three
        years Mondial’s travel team grew to 95 employees delivering a range of services
        including claims management, medical assistance, telesales and business development.
