- Haying is authorized no more frequently than once
every 10 years after the cover is established.
- Limited to 50% of the field or contiguous fields.
- Must wait 5 years between halves.
- Haying may only be conducted from August 2
through September 1.
- The same acreage shall not be both hayed and grazed
the same year.
