======================================================================================
       I am looking at four histologic sections made from these two skin biopsies. Each biopsy
contains either four or five hair follicles with associated adnexal glands. I have lots of sebaceous
glands to examine, and these are absolutely normal. There is no lesion of sebaceous adenitis or
anything else within these biopsies.

DIAGNOSIS:
     1. IN BIOPSIES OF GOOD TECHNICAL QUALITY, HISTOLOGICALLY NORMAL SKIN
     WITH NO EVIDENCE OF SEBACEOUS ADENITIS
