typically covers the insured and their families annually 24 hours a day, 365 days per year worldwide. It
can also be limited to on the job coverage.

Benefits are available for:
    Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) - lump sum cash benefit

Optional Coverage:
    Permanent Partial Disability (PPD)
    Permanent Total Disability (PTD) - replacement of lost income (when insured is totally disabled)
    Medical Expense Reimbursement (MER) - as a result of the accident
