The Credit Union will provide you with your statements, with applicable
disclosures, electronically in accordance with the provisions of this
Agreement. The statements and disclosures provided to you electroni-

available to you free of charge either by mail or through CUe-Statement.
However, if you request us to provide you with a copy of a statement that
we have previously provided you, a $2.00 per statement fee will apply.
