Read and participate in the series of text lessons, including the final quiz.
Students are required to check their online account monthly for any new lesson

Our curriculum is designed to ensure that our students reach one or more of the
following goals:

 Score increase of at least 50 points
    30% deletion ratio, or
    Secure a mortgage/refinance or loan approval

The average student should complete our program or see changes within 60-90 days.
It is important to remember that each individual has a totally different credit situation. It
may take longer for a student to reach one or more the goals listed above. It is
imperative that investigation results or any other required information be sent to Credit
Evolution, LLC in a timely manner. Any delay in this process can significantly slow
down the rate at which a student reaches their goals.

 Student signs up with the approved credit monitoring service and contacts our
office with their username and password.
 Credit Evolution audits items on all three national credit bureau reports
 Student receives results back from each of the three national credit bureaus by
mail or e-mail and forwards them to Credit Evolution, LLC via fax (856-316-4512).
*Remember that credit bureaus, collection agencies and original creditors have thirty business
days (45 days) by law to send results to the student’s home address.

 Credit Evolution, LLC utilizes the results received from the student in the first
phase to audit the remaining negative items on each of the three national credit
bureau reports. *Again, please remember they have thirty business days (45 days) to respond.

 Student should receive a written response from the original creditor or collection
agency instead of investigation results received in the first round. If student does
not receive a written response, Credit Evolution, LLC will need to reference the
approved credit-monitoring agency to check for changes in student’s report.

 At this phase, Credit Evolution, LLC needs to know what the student’s scores are
      from all three credit bureaus.

 Student prepares to take advantage of Credit Evolution University’s programs
made available to help them leverage their enhanced credit by obtaining a
mortgage, refinancing their home, or becoming an investor in our sister company,
      Credit Evolution and Development.

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Credit Evolution University (a
division of Credit Evolution, LLC).

them that you do not do business by phone. Have them send it to you in writing.
Forward the bills they send you to our offices via fax (856-316-4512) and we will
        address them in writing.

      three national credit bureaus.

 Student’s current bills must be paid on time throughout this process or the score

report and how it affects them financially.

Credit Evolution, LLC feels that any student who reaches at least one of the following

score to start will qualify for the 50-point score increase).

Should the student satisfy all of their student obligations as described above, and the

to use an assigned password to check your status online throughout the process.
Should the student have a question that is not answered online, please e-mail Credit
Evolution, LLC at help@editmycreditnow.com. E-mails will be answered within a 48-
hour period.

Defaulted payments

In the event of a defaulted payment on our payment plan, it is the responsibility of the
student to pay the late payment immediately. In the event that Credit Evolution, LLC
does not receive their full tuition, Credit Evolution can remedy this matter legally and
assign this debt to its collection representative or collection attorney. A default in tuition
without resolve will immediately result in a student’s work being reversed with the credit
bureaus. In addition, a negative mark will be added to their credit file from one of the
assignees of the charged off tuition. In the event of a defaulted payment, all work will
cease until the client is current on their payments. We reserve the right to wait until at
least one more payment in addition to the past due payment has been cleared before
resuming work. Defaulted payments also have a very negative impact on the student’s
rate at which they complete the program.

Even though we are not a traditional credit repair company, we must disclose the
following information in order to be in compliance of the Federal Trade Commission.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the
credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any “credit repair” organization has the
right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report.
The credit bureau must remove accurate negative information from your credit report if it
is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.

You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may
be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down
for credit, employment, or insurance of a rental dwelling because of information in your
credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to
help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free
copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in
the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason
to believe that there is inaccurate information in our credit report due to fraud.

You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair
Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.

You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any
reason within 3 business days from the date you sign it.

Credit Bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the
information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.

You may on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of
information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or
remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee
for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have
concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.

If the credit bureau reinvestigation does not solve the dispute to your satisfaction, you
may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why
you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary about
disputed information with any reported issues about you.

The Federal Trade Commission regulates credit bureaus and credit repair organizations.
