GENERAL SUPPLY LIST 2009-2010
Every Sixth Grade Student will need to purchase the following items: 1 package copy paper 1 3-ring binder which zips closed Backpack that will fit in locker (no wheels please) 4 packages of wide-lined notebook paper 1 set of 12 colored pencils 2 Blue or Black pens 2 Red pens 2 Dry Erase Markers 2 packages 3x5 lined index cards Pencils and erasers 3-Hole pencil bag 1 highlighter 3 large boxes of facial tissues (one to be sent to exploratory classes) 6 3-hole pocket folders without prongs (red, blue, yellow, green, and 2 personal choice) 8 wide-ruled 70-page spiral notebooks Disinfecting wipes or hand sanitizer (optional) Many of the above items will be available at the school store throughout the school year. If your child is taking any of these Exploratory classes, they will need the following materials in addition to those listed above: Band: Essential Elements 2000 Book II and Theory Concepts Book I Woodwinds need reeds and Brass players need valve & slide oil Essential Elements 2000 Book II for Strings Violins/violas need the Everest EZ shoulder rest, rosin, and a soft cloth Cellos/basses need a rock stop, rosin, and a soft cloth Markers and 2 fine point black Sharpies

Supply items will need to be replenished during the school year. Please check with your child periodically to ensure they have the appropriate items needed for class. AGENDA BOOKS have been designed exclusively for the Sixth Grade Center and need to be purchased at enrollment time. The cost of the agenda book is $5.00. Replacement cost for lost agenda books will be $5.00. ID CARDS AND LANYARDS/ID HOLDERS will be issued at enrollment and must be worn at all times during the school day. Replacement cost for the lanyard is $3.00 and the ID is $5.00.
