National Contract Administration and/or Financial Operations Management in a government,
service or manufacturing environment with significant responsibility for project management,
contract proposals, process improvements and research analysis.

success leading complex contractual, financial and operating programs for the government and
private industry.

My expertise is in contract agreements, project/budget management, team building, and improving
operations. Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving abilities. Able to assess
needs, processes, performance, recommend and implement improvements. An articulate and
persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Sound
professionalism in customer relations, as well as interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
