					Fermipan Yeast Bread or Buns (4 Loaves)
- 3 cups    Warm water
- a cup     Sugar (white)
- 1 tsp.    Salt
-2          Eggs (optional)
- a cup     Oil
- 2 tbsp.   Fast rising yeast
- 8 cups    Flour

Preheat oven to lowest temperature. Mix bowl ingredients first then mix and add
4 cups of flour. Gradually add 4 more cups of flour and as it gets thicker you
will knead the dough. Turn off oven and leave oven light on or leave oven on
lowest setting. Place dough in oven and let rise for 15 minutes. Take the dough
out of the oven and re-knead. Repeat this once and let it rise another 15 minutes.
(Rising 3 times) Cut into 1/4's and fold dough underneath and place in bread
pans. Cover bread with tea towel and plastic bag and let sit for 45 minutes. Take
bread out and preheat at 350F and bake bread till golden brown (±20 Min.)
