					Capacities:
         The Oscar & Sophie Rooms are fully private rooms. Both can accommodate standing receptions,
         presentations and seated lunches or dinners.
         Oscar Room can accommodate up to 48 guests seated (no space for mingling or presentation), 40
         guests seated with presentation & 60 standing cocktail reception
         Sophie Room can accommodate up to 36 guests seated (no space for mingling or presentation),
         30 guests seated with presentation & 50 standing cocktail reception

Availability:
         The private rooms are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner bookings Monday - Friday and
         dinner only on Saturdays
         Bookings are made on a first-come, first-serve basis

Spend Requirements:
       There is no charge to use the space provided the minimum food & beverage spend requirement
       is met
       If the minimum spend requirement is not met the difference will appear as a room rental fee on
       the final bill
       All minimums are exclusive of taxes and gratuity
       Please note that minimums are subject to change during holiday periods, please consult your
       coordinator

Beverage Costs:
       All beverages are charged based upon consumption plus gratuity and applicable government
       taxes
       There are no fixed price per person bar packages

 Wine Selection:
        We advise that you preselect 1 white & 1 red to serve your guests
        You are charged by the bottle consumed
        Wine must be selected from our current list
        In accordance with liquor licensing regulations we cannot permit our guests to bring in their own
        wine or alcohol
        We are not able to order in wines that are not part of our current selection

Menu Selection:
       All menus for group functions must be pre-set
       The menus are based upon our current seasonal selections
       You are able to interchange items between each lunch menu for all lunch functions
       You are able to interchange items between each dinner menu for all dinner functions
       Prices will be adjusted according to your changes
       Food items subject to current market prices

Guaranteed Guest Counts:
       The guaranteed number of guests attending the function is required one (1) business day in
       advance of the function
       Please note; unless your coordinator is notified of a guest count revision, the number originally
       contracted will be assumed as the guarantee. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given
       or attendance, whichever is greater

Meetings & Presentations:
       Absolutely, please note that although the rooms are private they are not sound-proof
       Adding audio visual equipment may alter the room capacities

Audio-Visual Equipment:
        The only item we have onsite is a screen which is provided with our compliments

        If you require other audio-visual equipment we can arrange through our 3 party supplier
        Charges will be added directly to your final bill with no additional mark-up

Complimentary Services:
       Candles and white linens are provided with our compliments
       Printed personalized group menus at each place setting

Parking:
           Available in the underground parkade in the Yonge Corporate Centre located North of York Mills
           and South of the 401 on the West side
           Parking vouchers will be validated in the restaurant on your event day
           Please note that we are unable to validate above ground parking
           Parking is complimentary after 5:30 pm
           Should you wish to arrange complimentary parking for your guests prior to 5:30 pm, please
           contact your event coordinator

Payments & Deposits:
       A deposit of $500.00 per room is required to secure the date & space, along with the signed
       confirmation form
       Deposits can be made by cash, company cheque or credit card
       The balance must be paid by credit card or cash at the conclusion of the event

Cancellation Policy:
        The deposit is fully refundable unless the function is cancelled with less than 14 days notice at
        which time the deposit will be forfeited
        If the function is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the room minimum

Additional:
        Should you require floral arrangements we can put you in touch with our preferred supplier, or
        you are more than welcome to bring your own
        If designated seating is required kindly supply your own place cards and/or floor plan
        Although we do not arrange for entertainment, decor, photography, etc we are happy to provide
        referrals
