  Netvaluecentral’s public website, www.aznvc.com was created to allow
  homeowners to view the last 8 sales in their neighborhood. Capability
  has been added that allows tenants to see if the property they are renting
  is in foreclosure. The website is free to homeowners and tenants and is
  supported by sponsors and advertisers.

  Sponsors are Realtors. A sponsor will have exclusive rights to a banner ad
  for each defined market area to which the sponsor subscribes. A market
  area is 1 square mile and contains from 100 to over 4,000 residences.
  There are 540 square miles in the valley metro area where there are over
  1,000 residences. There are 623 square miles where there are 100-999
  residences.

  Each time a homeowner or tenant logs in and accesses information within
  that market area the sponsor’s banner will be presented. The banner will
  have promotional and contact information for the sponsor and a clickable
  link to the sponsor’s website.

  Homeowners and tenants will be notified by email, if they have
  so elected, anytime there is a sale in the neighborhood or a
  foreclosure notice is filed. Every email will be sent out “Courtesy
  of [sponsor]” and include a promotional statement and contact
  information.

  Cost to the sponsor is set at $60 per square mile per month
  payable quarterly in advance with a limit of 9 areas per sponsor.
  At the bottom of each page 9 smaller ads may be rotated in
  groups of 3. These ads may be sold to pool companies,
  landscapers, painters, title companies etc. If the sponsoring
  Realtor provides advertisers to fill these small ad slots at $40 a
  month, payable quarterly in advance, we will pay the sponsor a
  25% commission for up to 3 ads.

  The goal is to have as many homeowners and tenants as possible visit the
  website, register, and ask to be kept informed as to activity in their
  neighborhood. More visits and more impressions will lead to more clicks
  to the sponsor’s website. The more times an informative email is sent by
  the sponsoring agent the more credibility earned by the sponsor.


  AZNVC currently has just over 60,000 email contacts in Maricopa County.
  These contacts came by way of Channel 5 and Channel 12 news stories,
  newspaper articles in the Arizona Republic, Home and Garden shows and
  word of mouth. Our goal is have 10 times the number of contacts we
  currently have. That would be over 50% of the current 1,198,111
  residences in Maricopa County. To reach this goal Netvaluecentral will
  earmark a considerable percentage of earned ad revenue to….advertising,
  institutional and otherwise. It is contemplated that a continuous series of
  TV & radio commercials will be implemented.

  Early birds get some very valuable perks. All sponsors are added into a
  sequenced pool. When a homeowner or tenant inputs an address located
  within a market area with no sponsor the next up is pulled from the pool
  and becomes the sponsor for that market area for that session. Put
  another way the first sponsor’s ad will be presented when any of the
  1,163 market areas is accessed. When a second sponsor comes on board
  the first and second sponsors will alternately be pulled from the pool for
  any unsponsored area and so on.
