        This is a very popular style and it is well made with big flavours and drinks very
        easily. Finishes silky and sweet with good length.

Henry Lagarde Cabernet Sauvignon

    • Dark red and bright wine, it has wonderful aromas of black fruits with tobacco and
      minty notes. Very good structure with intense tannins it has a wonderful lingering
      finish.
    • Ideally suited to red meats.
Montes Limited Series Cabernet Carménère

    • Butterscotch and the subtle spiciness make it very appealing. The vanilla flavors
      come from the oak aging, and adds complexity and elegance. This is a medium to
      full bodied wine but yet soft and friendly in the palate due to the sweet and firm
      tannins of the Carménère.
    • Great on its own, with prime rib, grilled meats.

           General Information Regarding Our Catering
                            Services
♦   Banquet room rental fees are dependent on the confirmed food requirements.
♦   Once you make a booking, the room can be held at no charge for up to 14 days. After 14 days, a non refundable deposit is
    required to confirm your event.
♦   Progress payments will be collected in advance of the event and 100% of estimated services will be required 14 days in
    advance of your event. A credit card authorization form may be required to guarantee payment of any on-site charges
    during your event.
♦   The room for your event is booked only for the times indicated. If set up and teardown times are required please specify
    at the time of booking.
♦   All food and beverage served are to be provided by the Calgary Stampede.
♦   The guaranteed number of guests is required 5 business days (Monday ~Friday) prior to your event. If a guaranteed
    number has not been received, the charges will be based on the contracted attendance figure or the actual number of
    attendees, whichever is greater.
♦   We are pleased to offer special dietary menus. Please discuss any requirements with your event coordinator no less than
    two weeks prior to your event. All menu items may contain traces of nuts or nut oil.
♦   When ordering special dietary meals please provide the following information: the guests’ name, table number (if
    applicable) and dietary restriction. Also, please provide your guest with a card indicating their special order. The card can
    be handed to the assigned staff member to ensure they are served the appropriate meal.
♦   Menu selections are for a maximum of 600 guests unless otherwise stated. If your number of guests is greater than 600 a
    menu will be tailored to your needs.
♦   We are proud to support our local Alberta Growers though our “Grown Right Here” initiative. Our menus feature
    products from local producers.
♦   Please note that if requested, our catering staff will place table centerpieces and one item at each place setting. If
    additional décor placement is required additional charges will apply. Please discuss any requirements with your event
    coordinator.
♦   Additional wait staff services are charged at a rate of $18.50 per hour.
♦   Due to health and safety regulations we require that all food products remain on Stampede Park after an event.
♦   Food items will remain on a buffet for a maximum of 2 hours.
♦   Fire regulations prohibit the use of open flame candles. The wick must be covered and contained by a minimum of 2”.
♦   All signage should be of professional quality. Requests to place promotional signage in public areas should be directed to
    your event coordinator.
♦   Please note that we do not permit any taping, nailing, stapling, or tacking onto or into the walls.
♦   Stampede Park offers a large quantity of 24 hour parking stalls. The cost is $12.00 per vehicle for all functions.
♦   All live or taped music is subject to SOCAN fees (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) and
    currently charged based on attendance with price ranging from $20.56 to $174.79.
♦   Please note that we also provide off premise catering. Quotes will be provided upon request.
♦   Items on all menus are subject to availability.
♦   An additional charge for late requests (whether food or services) may apply.
♦   All menu prices and room rental charges are subject to change without notice.
