  To find out the slum areas in Delhi – NCR

  Find out the Current distribution scenario for the Slum Retailers and
  the Urban Retailers of Delhi – NCR (Roles and Responsibilities)

  Suggest options on the basis of present distribution channels of the
  slum Retailers.

  Design questionnaires (close ended and open ended) to find out the
  pros & cons for the appropriateness of the suggested options.

  To Compiling and analyzing the Data collected from slum retailers.

 New Sales Executives (DSE) for that particular SLUM AREA

 Increase the frequency of its Sales Executives for new defined SLUM
  AREAS

 Promote the DSE to cover more and more SLUM RETAILERS

 Put more Canopies/Stalls in SLUM AREAS for publicity

 Vodafone can join hands with FMCG DISTRIBUTOR & WHOLESALERS

 Adoption of Associate Distributorship channel for slum retailers.

Recommendations. . .

 As NCR is expanding towards outer Delhi i.e.
                      Noida to Greater Noida,
                      Ghaziabad to Moradabad,
                      Gurgaon to Bahadurgarh Faridabad
  so Vodafone should also think to cover these outer areas.

 To know the exact number of slums and its population in Delhi - NCR,
  Vodafone should contact to Municipal Corporation Delhi, Slum and
  J.J.Deparment, Kilokari, opp. Maharani Bagh from where they will get
  the whole details.

 Detain the Project till the end of 2010 Commonwealth Games*
