					HTML Frames

With frames, you can display more than one HTML document in the same
browser window. Each HTML document is called a frame, and each frame is
independent of the others.
Note
Frames are most typically used to have a menu in one frame, and content in
another frame.
Ex

    Titles
    Menu       Content
    Item1
    Item2
    Item3
    Item4
The HTML frameset Element
The <frameset> Defines a set of frames. The frameset element holds two or more
frame elements. Each frame element holds a separate document.

The HTML frame Element
The <frame> tag defines one particular window (frame) within a frameset.
Example

<frameset cols="25%,75%">
  <frame src="frame_a.htm" />
  <frame src="frame_b.htm" />
</frameset>
