Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution

       Mediated over 2700 motor vehicle disputes between consumers and insurers pursuant to
       the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule including Bill 68, 164 and 59.
       Identified the complexities of issues in dispute in a clear, concise and accurate manner by
       interpreting and summarizing legal positions, applicable sections of the SABS,
       procedural issues, medical data and expert opinion.
       Facilitated settlement discussions as a Settlement Officer for the Arbitration Unit at the
       Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
       Mediated human rights disputes and assisted the parties draft Minutes of Settlement.
       Mediated legal disputes in Toronto and Newmarket courts involving disputes in family
       law, landlord and tenant and other cases provided by the courts.
