							Partner Roll-Out Instructions

Oracle Campaign marketing has demonstrated high levels of demand generation when
executing 3 simple steps in a marketing campaign. First, create audience awareness
through targeted email, direct mail, and banner advertisements on web site home pages.
Provide an offer(s) in the communication that is available by clicking through to the web
site (landing pad). Second, make content available by registering – providing minimal
amount of contact information for future follow-up. Finally, execute Sales/Marketing
follow-up to Contacts who registered on the landing pad using Sales Script to further
qualify and set of offers to move forward.

  1. Use of key visual
Images associated with this campaign are licensed to be used only in the context of
this specific Oracle campaign and in conjunction with the materials and texts
provided. Images may not be used in any other manner outside of this campaign.
Images may not be altered in any way except to resize an entire image.
If you want to use another image, a licence must be purchased to use the visual for
the e-blast, direct mailer and/or banner advertisement.

  2. Mailings - Logos
Replace the placeholders in the postcard and e-blast with your company logo and
your Oracle Partner Network membership level logo. OPN Membership logos may be
     found at
     http://www.oracle.com/partners/market/logos/all_regions/english/logo_load.html

  3. Mailings - Content
Complete the copy of the postcard and/or e-blast with your calls to action and
URL/phone/email details where customers will be able to request the offers
     advertised.
See at the bottom of this document how to make changes to HTML and send
     using Outlook (ONLY)

  4. Responses - Set up an advertisement/banner on your home page and a landing pad
on your site based on sample Landing Pad included in the marketing kit. Enable
prospect to register to access any offers you are providing and plan follow-up on all
     prospect registrations.

  5. Follow-up - (see sales script in Partner BOM) Plan follow-up on all contacts by
tailoring the Sales Script provided to your sales environment. Update to reflect your
unique next-step offers and sales support.

  6. Trademark
If you are not mentioning Oracle in the Direct Mail or email, please remove trademark
information from postcard and e-blast footer.
Simple steps for Partners to customize Oracle HTML eMails using
Outlook (only)

In Microsoft Word:

   1. Copy HTML template and paste into word doc. This should include bolding, spacing,
links, etc. You can set this up ahead of time and have this exist as the standard Word
template to use. The grey table in the upper right hand corner will not be editable as
      it’s currently set up.

   2. Add the appropriate logos to the Word doc, partner information, call to action, and
hyperlinks. Any logo added should be Web-based. To confirm it’s Web-based, if you
click on it it should take you to the URL it’s hosted on. If no URL is associated then
update the hyperlink to the URL you pulled it from. If you can host the OPN logos
directly on portal this should work fine.

   3. Save and Close word doc.

In Outlook:

1. Open New email. Actions / New Mail Message Using / HTML (no stationery) (Composer
email will pop up).

2. Insert / File. (Attachment screen will pop up to attach the email file from your desk top).

3. Select the email file on your desktop in the window. At the bottom right corner of the Insert
File dialog, click the small arrow next to the Insert button, and choose Insert as Text.

4. The branded email will be visible in the body of Outlook composer window.

5. Open and copy the text from the word document.

6. Select the greek text in the body of Outlook composer window and paste the copy from the
word doc into the email over it.

7. The email should keep the same formating as what is in the word document, this includes
any links that you may have. You can also edit directly in the html.

8. Ensure all logos/images are hyperlinked to a URL by right clicking and checking the
hyperlink. If there is no hyperlink, copy and paste directly from where you pulled the image.

9. Add the contacts and send.
