Al Quran is only a piece of Allaah
"Al Quran is only a piece of Allaah. In fact if you consider that the Qur'an is the only words of
Allaah, then you actually have abused God. Allaah it was very spacious, and the Qur'an is only a
very small part of those words of Allaah. Therefore, without using Al-Quran as a guide to human
life, the world can still be peaceful, is not it? Because there are many kalamullah outside Holy
Koran that can be used to maintain world peace. "
Yes, I know, there is a logic error in the friend's opinion. For more details, I
will describe below.
1. Opinion that first made me unable to say anything other than stunned.
Although the sentence was pronounced by a member of JIL, but I feel it is
a real truth. Indeed, from HUMAN PERSPECTIVE, Al Quran is the holy
book that is perfect. But from the perspective GOD, I instantly realized that
the Koran was not nothing.
Perhaps my interpretation is wrong (for that I beg pardon of God for this oversight), but I feel
that the understanding of the above in accordance with Koran verses following:
".... God knows what is before them and behind them, and they do not know nothing of science
but what God wills ....( Al Baqarah: 255)
"And if all the trees on earth were pens and the sea (were ink), with seven seas (again) after the
(dry) it, would not be exhausted (writing): God. Allah is Mighty, Wise. " (Luqman: 27)
I also interpret this with the fact about a number of scholars who have mastered the science of
the Quran is perfect. Suppose we say that the Qur'an is the only words of Allaah, then indirectly
we have said that science scholars have equal knowledge of God. Naudzubillahi min dzalik! I am
sure, no one among us who think like that.
So, with this analysis, I feel more convinced that the first opinion from friends JIL is indeed true.
2. But the conclusion in the next sentence made me laugh out loud. Apparently, herein lies the
friend JIL incoherence opinion.
Al Quran is not the only words of Allaah. But this is not a reason to abandon the Koran. In
accordance with the contents of surah Al Baqarah verse 255 above, is still a lot of studies out
there that God will never be known by man. But, do we have to leave the Holy Quran and seek
God Sciences others who would never do we know it?
Al Quran is not the only words of Allaah. But one thing is for sure, the Qur'an is the only one
that MOST kalamullah PAS with human nature. Allah has created the Al-Quran with the format
so that all its elements suitable to be applied and used as a guideline to live by humans. In fact,
God revealed the Quran in human language. Because if He revealed the Quran in its language, or
language from another planet for example, it is certain no one human being (including Prophet
Muhammad perhaps) who would understand the contents of the Koran.
From both points above, it is clear that there was no reason for Muslims to leave the Koran.
Indeed, on the one hand, Allaah is All-Area, and the Qur'an is only a little from all these words
of Allaah. But on the other hand, the Qur'an is the only words of Allaah in accordance with
If people want to look for other words of Allaah, where to look? Did not Allah himself has
asserted in the surah Al Baqarah verse 255, that man is not going to know nothing of science but
what God wills?
MAXIMUM CAPACITY Quran is from God that HE Science allowed to be known by man. So,
of course AL QURAN ONLY which can be used by humans as guidelines for (among others) to
maintain world peace (as the first argument is the friend JIL).
So, so I finally took the analysis, an analysis that makes me surprised, because he originated
from the words of a friend who in fact is different with my ideology. Analysis of this reason
(among others) finally got me to thinking about Superman figure that may actually exist on a
planet outside the earth.
Here is one of my comments in writing about Superman, which is still related to the theme of
We also must realize that NOT ALL SCIENCE GOD contained in the Qur'an. Al Quran is not an
encyclopedia that contains all the things that exist in this universe. Allaah is All-Area. And AL
Quran is just a little from the words of Allaah.
One concrete example: In the AL the Koran we can read the history of the prophet or specific
figures. But their history is not fully cited as biography. Because (this is the opinion of a
religious teacher I've ever heard), the most important in the Qur'an is not the story, but the
wisdom behind the story.
In this context, I think; possible that God purposely did not mention the existence of
extraterrestrials is in the Qur'an. For God might argue that it is not necessary to be known by
And about the apocalypse, possibly the extraterrestrials will be provided a special place in the
afterlife. Perhaps the same place where humans, may not. And this was not recounted in the
Qur'an, because (again) maybe God believes that this is not essential to be known by man.
But this is only my thoughts are of course full of limitations, Questions whether or not, we leave
to God the All-Knowing.
