Orbitz.com is a full-service online travel website that provides its customers the ability to book a range of travel products
and services from numerous suppliers on a stand-alone basis or as part of a dynamic vacation package. The products
and services offered by Orbitz include airline tickets, hotel rooms, car rentals, cruises, travel insurance and destination
services. Dynamic vacation packages are vacation packages that include different combinations of travel products.

The company re-branded its innovative customer care platform as OrbitzTLC, which provides a broad range of proactive
care services such as OrbitzTLC Alerts and OrbitzTLC Traveler Update. The company informs its customers regarding
any flight delays and cancellations, gate changes or other change in travel through OrbitzTLS Alerts. Additionally, through

The company’s OrbitzforBusiness.com website is involved in providing global corporate travel fulfillment solutions and call
center support to an array of firms. These firms range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Its Orbitz for
Business self-managed product provides savings via lower transaction fees and negotiated business hotel rates for
individual and small organizations. For huge companies, which include several travelers, its Orbitz for Business product
offers full-service online corporate travel and managed travel program services.

Orbitz ebookers website enables its customers to book a series of travel products and services through its UK-based

reservations in around 120 countries up to 12 months in advance and at discounted prices. Its RatesToGo.com website
offers customers the opportunity to book hotel reservations at last-minute discounts up to three weeks in advance in
around 80 countries.
