operates in People’s Republic of China, the US, Hong Kong, Europe region, Canada, Korea and others with a workforce
of approximately 1,000 employees.
The company principally operates through three reportable segments, namely, Printing and Manufacturing of Packaging
Products, Distribution of Products and Others.
The Printing and Manufacturing of Packaging Products segment of the company primarily operates in People’s Republic
of China (PRC). This segment offers various products which include tobacco flip-top boxes, soft pack labels and display
cartons, wine labels and cartons, pharmaceutical labels and boxes, food and beverage paper boxes and others. This
segment comprises of various subsidiaries which include Anhui Qiaofeng Package Printing Co., Ltd, Harbin Gaomei
Printing Company Limited Zhaotong Xinqiao Printing Co., Ltd. and etc.
The Distribution of Products segment of the company is engaged in the distribution of electronic components and other
related products. It distributes computer and telecommunication components and peripherals as well as mass
merchandise which is mainly the trading of marine fuel oil. The company distributes these products to various countries
across the globe which include PRC, the US, Hong Kong, Europe and Republic of Korea. This segment comprises of Kith
Electronics Limited and Kith Supplies Limited.
The Other segment of the company is leasing out of assets for rental income and provision of financial services.
The company’s production facilities include Yunnan Qiaotong Package Printing Co Ltd - Kunming Branch & Technology
Center, Yunnan Qiaotong Package Printing Co Ltd, Anhui Qiaofeng Package Printing Co Ltd and Harbin Gaomei Printing
Co Ltd. These production facilities are located across the People’s Republic of China. These production facilities produce
high quality, multi-color consumer product packaging in the most cost-efficient way.
The company has worldwide-recognized equipment which include first grade rotogravure; sheet-fed offset; flexo and silk
screen printing machineries and equipments from Switzerland, Germany and the US.

Kith Holdings Limited (Kith) is engaged in the business of printing and manufacturing of packaging products, printing and
design services, distribution of electronic components, merchandise sales and leasing of assets. The company has strong
manufacturing facilities through which it offers wide range of product that cater to diversified customers. This along with
growing industry and strong growth in end use segment provides it with suitable avenues to achieve growth. However,
declining revenues and dependence on distribution business are areas of concern. Furthermore, the company has to be
cautious about government regulations on tobacco products and intense competition from both domestic and international
competitors.
