following documents should accompany the application:

       Covering letter from OC to confirm grade of clearance requested.

       Copy of Identification Document and ID Photo (if available)

       Copy of Passport

       Post profile

All fields should be completed in full. The signature of the officer commanding/manager should appear
on the indicated pages. Incomplete application documents (DD1057) will cause a delay in the
processing of the application.
