Renewal of Lease Agreement
Agreement made on the (date), between (Name of Lessor) of (street address,
city, state, zip code), referred to herein as Lessor, and (Name of Lessee), of (street
address, city, state, zip code), referred to herein as Lessee.
Whereas, Lessor and Lessee are the parties to a Lease Agreement dated (date),
by which Lessor rented to Lessee the premises (the Premises) described as follows:

Whereas, a copy of said Lease Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and
made a part hereof by reference; and
Whereas, the term of the Lease Agreement will expire on (date), and the parties
desire to extend the term as provided in this Agreement;
Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this
Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
1. Lessor shall lease the premises to Lessee for an additional period of (number)

month's rent during the extension of the term of the Lease Agreement.
2. Lessee shall be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in the Lease
