In order to understand the complexity of antioxidants and the synergy of a good combination we would have to discuss the
need for antioxidants. Antioxidants help to fight free radicals in the body. To help understand free radicals we need to know
what cause it and what damage does it cause the body. Free radicals are caused by pollution, bad eating habits, nicotine,
