My name is Joe Smith, and I am CEO of Acme Software. We are a developer of sales lead tracking tools for the real estate market. Our product helps real estate agents manage and close more home sales. We do this 40% cheaper than the competition because of our software as a service model and our open source development platform. Our business model is a subscription service, where agents pay a monthly fee for access to our servers and database. At present, we are running two beta trials with large Bay Area brokerage firms. We have raised $1 million from angel investors. We are seeking a total of $3 million in venture funding to be used for marketing and hiring needs.
