Officer Serrano then saw a male enter the vehicle and the vehicle took off at a high rate of speed. Officer Serrano began to pursue the vehicle while Shelton Police received a 911 phone call from Chase Bank reporting a robbery. Officer Serrano pursued the vehicle on Route 8 south. The operator was able to elude capture. Shelton Detectives along with the FBI processed the scene and the incident is currently under investigation.
