					WILDFIRE MOTORS
OFF-HIGHWAY MOTORCYCLE AND ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE
LIMITED WARRANTY
CALIFORNIA EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEMS
The California Air Resources Board and WILDFIRE MOTORS (“WILDFIRE”) are pleased to explain the Emission
Control Warranty on your new Off-Highway vehicle or All-Terrain Vehicle. In California, new motor vehicles must be
designed, built and equipped to meet the state’s stringent anti-smog standards. WILDFIRE must warrant the emission
control system on your vehicle for the period of time listed below provided there has been no abuse, neglect or improper
maintenance of your vehicle. Your emission control system may include parts such as the carburetor, fuel injection
system, ignition system, air injection system and catalytic converter system. Also included may be hoses, belts, connec-
tors and other emission related assemblies. Where a warrantable condition exists, WILDFIRE will repair your vehicle at
no cost to you including diagnosis, parts and labor for a period of five (5) years or 10,000 kilometers.

The warranty shall become effective the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail purchaser.
If an emission-related part on your vehicle is defective, the part will be repaired or replaced by WILDFIRE. This is your
emission control system DEFECTS WARRANTY.

1). OWNERS WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES. The following obligations must be fulfilled by the owner to maintain the
validity of the WILDFIRE California Emission Systems Warranty.
              (a) As the vehicle owner, you are responsible for the performance of the required maintenance listed in your
Owner’s Guide. WILDFIRE recommends that you retain all receipts covering maintenance on your vehicle, but WILDFIRE
cannot deny warranty solely for lack of receipts or for your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.
                                                                                                                                        WF300-U 4x4 Utility
              (b) You are responsible for presenting your vehicle to an authorized WILDFIRE dealer as soon as a problem
exists. The warranty repairs should be completed in a reasonable amount of time, not to exceed 30 days.
              (c) As the vehicle owner, you should also be aware that WILDFIRE may deny you warranty coverage if your
vehicle or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or unapproved modifications.
              (d) Any replacement part may be used in the performance of any maintenance or repairs. The use of such
parts shall not reduce the warranty obligations of the manufacturer, however, the manufacturer is not liable for repair or
replacement of any part which is not a warranted part.
              (e) If you have any questions regarding your warranty rights and responsibilities, you should contact
WILDFIRE MOTORS, 11 Technology Way, Steubenville, Ohio 43952, (866)658-7300; or the California Air Resources
Board, 9528 Telstar Ave., El Monte, California 91731.

WILDFIRE vehicle dealer located within the United States in compliance with the Clean Air Act and applicable
regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board. Any part or

certain models may contain functionally equivalent parts.

In the State of California only, Emission Control Systems emergency repairs, as provided for in the California
Administrative Code, may be performed by other than an authorized WILDFIRE dealer. An emergency situation occurs
when an authorized WILDFIRE dealer is not reasonably available, a part is not available within 30 days, or a repair is
not complete within 30 days. Any replacement part can be used in an emergency repair. WILDFIRE will reimburse the
owner for the expenses, including diagnosis, not to exceed WILDFIRE’s suggested retail price for all warranted parts

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing a Wildfire. Wildfire specializes in affordable fun for
everyone. We are continuously improving our quality, design and product range to
satisfy customer demands.
Particularly important information is distinguished in this manual by the
following notations:

ATTENTION: The safety alert symbol means; ATTENTION! Be alert! your safety is
involved!

WARNING: Failure to follow WARNING instructions could result in severe injury
or death to the vehicle operator, a bystander, or a person inspecting or repairing
the vehicle.

CAUTION: A CAUTION indicates that special precautions must be taken to avoid damage
to the vehicle.

NOTE: A NOTE provides key information to make procedures easier or cleaner.

• Failure to follow the warnings in this manual can result in serious
injury or death.

Wildfires are designed for work and fun and not for high speed competition. There
will always be new ways of having accidents, but Wildfire’s sincere desire is for
you to have fun safely. Remember, inexperience is the biggest contributing factor in
accidents. Read this manual carefully, obey the instructions, warnings, and cautions
and always use common sense. Remember, you are responsible for your own safety
and the safety of those in your care. Wildfire cannot be held liable for accidents
no matter what the cause. You are responsible for checking your vehicle completely
for faults and for riding in a safe manner. As with any motor vehicle operation,
there is an element of risk. By choosing to use this vehicle, you have accepted
this risk. Wildfire is not responsible for negligence, speeding, component
failure, inexperience and other unforeseen circumstances that can cause injury or death.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Safety is extremely important when allowing first time riders to ride. It is essential
that you realize the safety of all drivers or passengers rests entirely in your hands.
People of the same age have different levels of skills and coordination. Only a
parent can understand their child’s capabilities. The power and speed of the unit
must always match the capabilities of the person driving. The parent must be
responsible for the safety of the child that they allow to ride. The parent assumes
sole responsibility and risk. THE CHILD MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED!
Please read and apply all safety information in this booklet.
THE UNIT IS DESIGNED FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.
THE WARRANTY IS INVALID IF:
• The vehicle is not operated and maintained as recommended in the owner’s manual.
• The maximum vehicle load is exceeded.
• The owner does not perform his/her obligations.
