					Freshman Application Process Checklist
Every section must be complete for an applicant to be considered for admission to Brophy College Preparatory

        1.   APPLICATION
             A student is NOT considered an applicant until this step is completed and will not be allowed
             to proceed through the process. To get started, create an online User Account with login
             name and password. An application fee of $75 is due with your application.

        2.   ESSAY
             Download form and submit handwritten essay by January 29, 2010.

        3.   RECOMMENDATIONS
             Download and distribute the six (6) forms to appropriate administrator, teacher, moderator/
             coach and religious leader. Recommendations will not be accepted until after December 1,
             2009 and are due by January 29, 2010.

        4.   TRANSCRIPT RELEASE FORM
             Download and distribute to middle school for release of grades and standardized test scores
             at completion of fall semester.

        5.   ENTRANCE EXAM
             Examination may be taken on either Saturday, January 9, 2010 or Saturday, January 23, 2010.
             Your $75 application fee is your reservation to test. Applicants who do not test at Brophy
             are expected to complete the writing sample of the test on the same day they are
             interviewed.

        6.   INTERVIEW
             Interviews will be scheduled throughout the month of January. Each applicant is required to
             participate in a personal interview. Information about online scheduling of interviews will be
             posted on our website (www.brophyprep.org) in early January.



After an applicant has submitted the online Application, families will be able to log back in at their
leisure to track where the applicant is in the admissions process.
