                                           CREDIT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
                                                  COMBINED (USURY ACT & NCA)

These terms and conditions form part of the agreement which govern the use of the credit card and further regulate the relationship between
the Bank and the cardholder. The use of the credit card will be deemed as your acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the
agreement.

Section A: Credit Card Conditions of Use

3       Use of the Card
