                        VICE PRESIDENT OF EDUCATION

Todd Mark joined Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Greater Dallas (CCCS of
Greater Dallas) in November 2007 as vice president of education. He previously served
in the education and public relations departments at CCCS of Atlanta for seven years.

Mark fulfils a number of responsibilities in his current role. Beyond managing and
training the education department staff on the latest financial trends and legislation, he
also provides financial education to civic and business organizations in the communities
CCCS serves. Mark serves as a liaison for CCCS and state and national legislators on a
number of activities to improve financial literacy. He also appears weekly in the news
media to offer tips and commentary on a variety of personal finance issues and trends.

Most recently, Mark speaks frequently on KERA and was recently featured in The
Associated Press’ article on refund anticipation loans in addition to weekly appearances
on local news programs.

While at CCCS Atlanta, Mark was a regular guest for three years on CNN’s “Dollar
Signs,” and also appeared frequently on “Headline News.” Prior to his work at CCCS
Atlanta, Mark served for five years as a producer with the “Clark Howard Show,” a
nationally syndicated consumer talk show that focuses on educating and empowering
consumers. He also served eight years as a pre-game emcee for the Atlanta Braves and
appeared on KSL radio in Salt Lake City and as a fill-in host on News/Talk 750 WSB-
AM Radio in Atlanta.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. He is a certified credit and
housing counselor through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling.
