Comments to accompany performance SNAPSHOT: The State of Kentucky snapshot currently shows they have a very high percentage of vacant units when in actuality they do not. This is due to the fact that when they complete their initial Project Completion Report, many of the units are still vacant. Up until now, the State has not revised this information when the units are leased up. The State now understands the importance of how this effects the information that is reported back to Congress and has agreed to go back and revise this information.
