Close the pool.

Five fat turkeys are we.

We hid all night in a tree.

When the cook came around,

It's hard to think of anything

But Christmas in December.

There's so much to look forward to

And so much to remember.

It used to be on my Christmas tree,

But I like it better in my tummy.

The day we start anew.
So this year I've decided
to become a kangaroo.

Or maybe I will learn to fly,
or how to walk through walls,
or how to turn invisible,
or surf on waterfalls.

I'll make myself elastic
and I'll teach myself to shrink.
I'll turn into a liquid
and I'll pour me down the sink.

I'll visit other planets
and meet aliens galore.
I'll travel to the distant past
and ride a dinosaur.

I've got so many wondrous plans.
I'm starting right away.

he sang it night and day.

was all it seemed to say.

A duck who liked to sing thought he
would give the song a try:

they sang as I walked by.

The spotted cow had never heard
a more delightful song.
Right then and there the spotted cow
began to sing along.

The frog, the duck, the spotted cow
sang out so loud and clear:

was all that I could hear.

The frog, the duck, and the cow
All sang the happy song.

I’ve been to London to visit the Queen.

I scared a little mouse under her chair.

On top of spaghetti,
All covered with cheese,
I lost my poor meatball,
When somebody sneezed.

It rolled off the table,
And on to the floor,
And then my poor meatball,
Rolled out of the door.

It rolled in the garden,
And under a bush,
And then my poor meatball,
Was nothing but mush.

The mush was as tasty
As tasty could be,
And then the next summer,
It grew into a tree.

The tree was all covered,
All covered with moss,
And on it grew meatballs,
And tomato sauce.

So if you eat spaghetti,
All covered with cheese,
Hold on to your meatball,
Whenever you sneeze.

My mom makes disgusting spaghetti
with horseradish sauce and sardines.
She tops it with pickles and mustard,
bananas and barbecued beans.

She serves it for supper on Sunday.
On Monday we have it for lunch.
It's breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday.
By Thursday, you guessed it, it's brunch.

I don't like to hurt my mom's feelings.
I said that I loved it. I lied.
I always gave mine to our doggy.
And that's why our poor doggy died.

So next time you serve us spaghetti,
dear mother, don't make it like that.
Please serve it with red sauce and meatballs,
and that way it won't kill the cat.

Oh she sailed away on a
pleasant summer day
on the back of a crocodile.

You see, said she,
he’s as tame as he can be,
I’ll float him down the Nile.

But the croc winked his eye as she
waved to all good-bye,
wearing a sunny smile.

lady was inside, and the
smile was on the crocodile!
