AARDVARK HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD RESOLUTION WHEREAS the AHA desires to demolish 180 units; and BE IT RESOLVED, by the Aardvark Housing Authority that the Authority expresses its support of the request to demolish the Public Housing units with its accompanying relocation plan; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute documents and provide certifications and submit to HUD for approval a request to demolish the 180 unit Nell Apartments, HUD project number MN006002. NOTE: The Board Resolution should be dated after the consultation with residents, after the date of the letter(s) of support from all appropriate local government official(s), and after the offer of sale, if applicable, to indicate that the Board is aware of and approving all aspects of the program.
