SafeNZ provides high speed filtered Internet access over TelstraClear HFC cable in
Wellington and Christchurch. There are two levels of available filtering –
1. Level 1, this level filters web traffic of undesirable content including :
• Pornography
• Spyware
• Viruses
• Illegal hacking
2. Level 2, this level filters web traffic of Viruses and Spyware only.
SafeNZ’s cable service provides highly reliable and consistently fast Internet access
suitable for small or big businesses and can be bought on a data charged or flat rate
basis. SafeNZ’s filtering systems are the most advanced and comprehensive service in
New Zealand and allows New Zealand to meet their moral and legal obligations without
restricting normal business operations, or requiring any costly hardware.

Much of Wellington and Christchurch can receive this service. Contact us to check your
address for suitability.
Included Services
SafeNZ as a whole of solution provider includes several bonus services for free with the
wireless access service. Each account comes with one or more free domain hosting,
email anti-spam and anti-virus* email filtering, and free hosting of one or more
websites**. One public IP address is included with the service.
