 Accommodations & Registration Information
 A Guest Room Block has been reserved at the InterContinental Hotel , located
 at 225 Front Street West, adjacent to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre .
 Guests must specify ‘CAMSC Diversity Procurement Fair 2011’ at time of
 booking, in order to receive the special rate of $189.00 (plus taxes),
 Reservations must be made on or before March 13, 2011.

 Please contact the Hotel directly (1.800.422.7969 ) to make a reservation.

 CHECK-IN TIME:   3:00 p.m
 CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 p.m

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

**Note: Online registration will be available as of February 14, 2010.

to you via e-mail once you have completed the online registration process. Payment
options will be listed for your convenience.

PAYMENTS:

All payments must be received in full prior to the event.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to CAMSC and received prior to
March 13, in order to receive a refund. Cancellations are subject to a $100.00
processing fee.
Cancellations received after March 13, 2011 and no-shows will not be refunded.
