           Objective: Students will use proper technique when lifting in weight circuit or use proper
           technique when riding on exercise bike.
           Lesson: Mini work out on speed ladders and than break into work out groups. Group A will be on the
           weight machines doing weight training circuit. Group B will be working on Michigan Miles program.




           Tuesday Oct. 19
           Objective: Students will use proper technique when lifting in weight circuit or use proper
           technique when riding on exercise bike.
           Lesson: Mini work out on agility rings and than break into work out groups. Group A will be on the
           weight machines doing weight training circuit. Group B will be working on Michigan Miles program.




           Wednesday Oct. 20
           Objective: Students will use proper technique when lifting in weight circuit or use proper
           technique when riding on exercise bike.
           Lesson: Mini work out on agility rings and than break into work out groups. Group A will be on the

           Thursday Oct. 21

           Objective: Students will follow PE expectations during student-directed activities and fitness
           activities.
           Lesson: Engage in fitness activities or students will actively participate in basketball, soccer, volleyball,
           badminton, jump roping, or football activities.
