The spreadsheet includes basic components of the hiring process. Customize the basic hiring process shown in the spreadsheet by filling in the column headers with the specific components of your hiring process and by identifying your hiring actions in the left hand column. Then, track your “time to hire” by entering the number of days each component takes – for each hiring action – into the grid.
