We are in search of a Technical Service Manager Brewing (M/F) (Fulltime) The Challenge You will be a key player in driving the expansion of our position within the Beer industry for the European market, as well as aiding the development of our product range. You are a strong technical player who understands the market and is able to expand our presence. Preferably you will have experience in the Brewing Industry. The technical service manager will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager Food & Beverage EMEA. The main responsibilities for this role are: S Consultancy on application knowledge of enzymes used throughout the brewing process and Brewers Clarex(R) used for the stabilisation of beer. Perform trials and work together with breweries to improve the efficiency of products in breweries. Support sales in the realization of account plans through technical advice, training, presentations during seminars and introduction of new products. Communication of technical information by writing articles, product data sheets, marketing documents and lectures. Gathering the necessary information on commercial/technical/process/quality aspects and requirements of the market, taking trends into account. In short…an exiting role for an ambitious and talented technical service manager. Qualifications The Ideal You have a degree in Brewing Science or Food Technology. Preferably you have (international) experience and a proven track record in the beer industry. You are a strong relationship builder and you can operate at multiple levels within multidisciplinary teams. You can motivate and manage a group of people from different disciplines supporting you in setting up and growing this Food Specialties business area. You are fluent in English; also preferably German and/or French.
