phone. You will go through a simple verification process and your reports
will be mailed to you.

2.) We will need proof of your Social Security number for the credit
bureaus. Any of the following documents will work: a copy of your Social
Security Card, W2, 1040, 1099 or a pay-stub with your name and Social
Security number.

3. We will also need proof of your current mailing address. It can even be a
PO Box or a business address. But, whatever it is, it must show your name
and current mailing address on it. Any of the following will work as proof of
address: driver’s license, utility bill or a bank statement.
