DEFENSE REUTILIZATION AND MARKETING SERVICE DRMS Reutilization Web Site March 2007 Presented by: Carol Fix Carol.Fix@dla.mil Purpose • The purpose of this workshop is to introduce attendees to the DRMS Reutilization Web Application – How to screen for property – How to submit automatic Want Lists • DRMO related issues – Locations – Hours of Operation – Property Removal THE R/T/D PROCESS EXCESS SURPLUS SCREENING TIMELINE: DRMS Accumulation DRMS Screening for DoD & Special Programs 14 Days Screening for DoD, OFAS & Donees FEDS Donation Allocation Period 5 Days Final Screening RTD2 SALES 21 Days 7 Days 2 Days START FINISH www.drms.dla Click on: R/T/D Customers Click on Property Search as DoD There are 4 sections to the DoD Search Form Section A – requires DoDAAC And NSN or FSC at minimum H9FD01 2320 Enter FSC Here H9FD01 Enter: FSC, NIIN, or NSN Another Option; Upload Want List Select: DoD or RTD2 Screening Cycle Consider sorting by DRMO Remove Check Marks For CC not wanted FFP do not want to use the Miles option Screeners may opt to screen at all DRMOs, a single DRMO, or screen Geographically by Zone Top portion of the Query Results Page Customers have the option to schedule this particular query by Selecting: Schedule Note: FFP customer must go into the FFP Web Application to order Results of query: FSC 2320 Southeast Region All Condition Codes All Screening Cycles DoD FFP customers may order under the DoD, RTD 2, and Exp Screening Cycles Needed information continues to the right Additional information Photographs are available for most Vehicles and Earth moving equipment Customers may request photographs Because this item has a valid National Stock Number – FLIS Plus Data is automatically linked to the line item Requests & Want Lists • Process requests through FFP Web Application • Customer may schedule Automated Want Lists for items needed on a regular basis – Must have valid FSC or National Stock Number Automated Want Lists Place known NIINs (last 9 of NSN) in a Text File After selecting ‘Save’ the Screener may have to select MS-DOS H9FD01 Click ‘Browse’ To schedule your Query to run on a daily basis, select ‘Schedule’ Enter your Email Address Enter your full name and Telephone # Options: Excel or PDF 1 Week to 6 Months Yes or No for notice Notice of successful Want List submission and email notice to activate your Want List Click on link to activate the Want List Feedback: Want List is now Active Each Want List is assigned a unique number QUESTIONS?
