Ki Park

					                                      Ki Hong Park

       After graduating from Dong-A University in South Korea with a Bachelor’s Degree, Ki
moved to US and took a position as an insurance agent. In 1989, Ki became an Associate Branch
Manager for the company he was working for, but left it instead to establish Chun-Ha Insurance
Services Inc., which eventually led to his position as a manager of Allianz Life. By 1992, Ki had
pushed himself to become the National Director of Allianz Life. In 1994, Ki accepted a Field
Vice-President/National Director position with Kansas City Life Insurance Co. At Kansas Life
Insurance Co., Ki developed and managed the Asian Marketing nation wide. At that capacity, Ki
hired over 100 agents and general agents and managed over $10 million dollars of insurance

        In 1990, Ki had opened his own insurance broker agency under the name of Chun-Ha
Insurance Services, Inc, which will eventually become the largest Korean-American insurance
agency in the country. Shortly after, Ki organized a subsidiary company called All World
Insurance Company and served as the president. As the president, Ki maintained a network
consisting of over 100 insurance brokers in the Western Territory and set an International Unit of
All World Insurance to target reinsurance and Internet related business. Ki also developed
exclusive group programs and products, such as MGA for Life and Health Insurance carriers and
Fire & Casualty Insurance.

       Ki’s dedication to the insurance industry has led him to receive the 1997 Entrepreneur of
the Year Award from the Korean Chamber of Commerce of Orange County and Certificate of
Special Congressional Recognition for Outstanding and Invaluable Services to the Korean
Community by a Member of Congress. Furthermore, Ki is a Board Member of the Korean
Insurance Agent and Broker Association, Former President of the Fiat Scholarship Foundation,
president of The Korean Chamber of Commerce of Orange County from 2000 to 2002, and has
networked with Korean Insurance Development Institution since 1998.

         More recently, Ki successfully completed the M&A (merger and acquisition) of Hanmi
Financial Corp and Chun-Ha Insurance Services in January of 2007. Hanmi Financial Corp is the
parent company of Hanmi Bank, the oldest and largest Korean American bank in the United
States with over $4 Billion in assets and over 25 branches throughout US. As a subsidiary of
Hanmi Bank Chun-Ha Insurance Services has broadened and strengthened its position as one of
the leading insurance companies in the Korean -American community. K i
also sits and serves as a director on the board of directors.

       In the past year, Ki became the founder and sits as the current chairman for the Shema
Foundation, a charity organization form to aid and support with donations throughout the world.
Furthermore, Ki recently broadened and lend his experiences in public services to the community
by founding and serving as the chairman for the Korean American Archery Association, a first
Korean archery organization in US.

       Ki is married to Stella and has a 13-year-old son, Timothy.
