C&CI UPDATING AND REVISING FREE LEAFLETS
The Cement & Concrete Institute (C&CI) is revising and updating its wide range of free
informative leaflets on concrete and cementitious materials and practices.

Hanlie Turner, Marketing Manager of C&CI, says the full range of leaflets is being
revised by C&CI technical staff to incorporate the latest technology. “The design of the
leaflets is also being updated, with new colour coding, for example, to give the
publications a more modern and user-friendly appearance. In all, about 35 titles – ranging
from ‘Guide to the safe use of portland cements and concrete’, ‘Quantities for ordering
building materials’, and ‘Building a fish pond’ – are scheduled for the revision process
which is already well underway,” she states.

The revised leaflets can be downloaded in pdf or html format from the C&CI website,
www.cnci.org.za or printed copies can be obtained from harry.mabaso@cnci.org.za
