doing work for Procter & Gamble under Loan Licensing. I am working as an Asst Manager
Accounts .

Hem-an Noble Pvt. Ltd. is the one of the growing Pesticides Company covering all over
India. I was worked as Sr. Executive Commercial/Accounts and also handle all Excise work
in manufacturing plant. I have also handled all work of related field of sister concern
company AMC Projects Pvt. Ltd. is one of the growing construction company, recently
working in Koldam and Manali, Himachal Pradesh.

   forecast funds required for numerous expenses.

Statutory Compliance
 Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control
   systems for carrying out Internal.
 Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct and indirect tax
   returns in compliance with Income Tax and Sales Tax Act.
 Handling PF / ESI monthly / yearly returns & preparing VAT returns / TDS returns / IT

 Material Requisition Planning -Receive the indent from varies department & keep a
  proper record of that.
 Vendor development, Vendor selection & evaluation
 Price Negotiation -Preparation of the new Purchase Committee Note and update the
  same on regular basis.
 Identification of vendors.
 Ordering & re-scheduling -Invite quotations and place the order after proper
  negotiations comparison and commercial negotiation.
