The elegantly decorated Breffni O’Rorke Ballroom is filled with natural light and perfect for entertaining
your guests. The suite can be used as one large room or can be divided into two self contained rooms,
     each with it’s own private bar and direct access to bathrooms. You can choose from two arrival
         areas - the character of the Georgian Atrium Lounge or the privacy of the Garden Foyer
                         We can accommodate weddings of up to 450 in the Ballroom.

Our Johnstown Suite in the beautiful Georgian surroundings of the original house, is perfect for smaller
wedding parties. Or choose our Ennis or Colgan Suites, located beside the Garden Foyer, for wedding
            parties of up to 50 guests. We commit our attention to you and your guests by only
                                      holding one wedding per day in the hotel.

Wine Selection
Our House Wine prices start from €18.00 per bottle. A full Wine List is available from our Wedding
Co-ordinator. A Corkage fee will apply if you wish to provide your own wine for the Wedding Meal.
1⁄2 bottle of Wine per person is recommended for estimation purposes.

Toast Drinks
Drink of Choice will be charged on actual consumption. Top up of Wine: Allow an additional 1⁄4 bottle p.p.

Terms & Conditions
The hotel requires a non refundable deposit of €1000 and a signed contract in order to confirm your
wedding date as definite. The contract lists the full terms and conditions of booking your wedding
with the hotel. Stage payments for Wedding Receptions are as follows:
Stage 1: Deposit of €1000 to secure the wedding date.
Stage 2: 3 months prior to Wedding Date: 50% of total estimated pro-forma invoice
Stage 3: Balance of bill to be settled in full on departure

Final numbers to be submitted to the hotel 72 hrs prior to the wedding date. These are the numbers that will be
charged for on your Wedding Bill.
Bookings must be made in person by the Bride & Groom.
Full Bar Facilities are available until 12.30 am. A Bar Extension is available to extend the opening hours of the bar
to 1.30 am, a surcharge of €460 is applicable. This must be requested 8 weeks prior to your Wedding Reception.
