1. Conditions Governing the Provision of Additional Services by Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport
Services Worldwide
1.1. Definition
Additional Services as referred to in this List of Service Charges, are all services provided by Fraport AG in addition to an existing
ground handling contract.

1.2. Obligations of Fraport AG
Placing an order for additional services does not constitute a claim against Fraport AG for the execution of such services. Even in
the event of an order being accepted and in the course of such additional services being rendered, Fraport AG reserves the right
of disposal of their personnel, equipment, tools and facilities.

1.3. Liability
 -   Fraport AG is not liable for any injury to persons or damage to objects caused in the performance or in connection with the
     performance of the requested services or in connection with the lease of Fraport AG equipment, tools and facilities - even if
     these are in Fraport AG charge while performing such services - unless the injury or damage was caused with intent by
     Fraport AG or their authorized personnel. In case of non-merchants, Fraport AG is liable for any injury or damage caused by
     Fraport AG and Fraport AG personnel with gross negligence. In case of services directly connected with the handling of
     aircraft (ground handling services), the liability clause of the respective ground handling agreement shall apply.
 -   The contractor exempts Fraport AG from all third-party claims which might arise in connection with the performance of the
     contract.
 -   Fraport AG holds the contractor liable for any injury of persons or damage to objects caused by the conduct of his
     personnel or the condition of objects handed over during or in connection with such additional services.

1.4. Assessment of Charges and of Additional Services Rendered
The additional services rendered will be specified within the Attachment of the special services invoice. Objections to the scope
of services stated must be made no later than 30 working days after receipt of the invoice. Thereafter the statement shall be
deemed accepted. The provisions of the List of Service Charges of Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide shall apply.

1.5. VAT
All mentioned charges are net (without VAT). Exceptions are marked. In case of costs changes, charges can be adjusted.

2. Calculation Procedure
2.1. Calculation Unit
For services for which an hourly rate has been fixed the minimum calculation unit is half an hour. Each period in excess of half an
hour will be brought up to the next half hour.

2.2. Vehicles and Equipment which do not Require a Driver and/or Operator(s)
 -   For an uninterrupted use of up to 12 hours the established hourly rates will be charged.
 -   For use in excess of 12 hours and up to 24 hours a daily rate, equalling the rate for 12 hours, will be charged.
 -   For every additional 24 hours of a fraction thereof, a daily rate will be charged.


The following rules apply for making available vehicles and equipment for which an hourly rate is established and which service
number is marked with an *):

Examples:
9 hours = 9 x the hourly rate
14 hours = 1 x the daily rate
48 hours = 2 x the daily rate
50 hours = 3 x the daily rate

2.3. Flat Mileage Rate
If vehicles are made available for off-airport use, a flat rate per kilometre driven will be charged in addition to the fixed hourly
rate.

2.4. Assessment of Assignment Periods of Personnel and Equipment
Time of operation means:

The following rules shall apply for the assessment of the assignment periods of personnel and equipment:

 -   The time of the beginning of an assignment will be brought up to the next full five minutes.
 -   The time of completion of an assignment will be brought down to the preceding full five minutes.

12. Airport Security Management (ASM)

Airport Security Services
Airport Security is your partner in regard to all security matters at Frankfurt Airport.

The operative departments provide widespread services including, for example, alarm
response, supervision, leasing of key lockers or renting of barriers. Furthermore, a dog unit is
available for work outside airport grounds as, for instance, using the dogs to check facilities for
explosives before the start of events.
Airport security conducts also transportation af valuable import and export goods.

Moreover we operate a dog kennel so that passengers may leave their ''best friends'' in good
hands while they are on vacation. This pet service is well known in the Frankfurt area.

Enjoy the impressive panorama of operations at the airport. From the vantage point of our Visitors' Terrace in Terminal 2, you
can watch the action on the apron. Let yourself be captivated by takeoffs an landings, watch how aircrafts are loaded an
unloaded, and discover the ne A380 wid-body aircraft.

For groups of 25 persons or more that register in advance, we offer a varity of tours, on request also in languages besides
German. To top it off, you are invited to take in the panoramic view from our Visitors' Terrace in Terminal 2, admission is
included in the tour price.
14.2.1. Mini-Tour for a Spontaneous Experience (No advanced booking required)
Be spontaneous and jump on board - as an individual person, a family, or a small group of up to 24 persons. There is no need to
book in advance. You can buy tickets at the tour desk in the Airport City Mall Frankfurt on Level 0 of Terminal 1

This tour shows you the airport's highlights. By the time you get to the runways and the cargo area, your experience of this
major aviation hub becomes impressive reality.

Departure times                                                                                                    Tours leave
at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. on weekdays. There are extra tours starting at 11 a.m. and 12 noon on weekends and bank
holidays as well as during the summer school holidays in the German state of Hesse. The Ticket counter is open daily from 10
a.m. to 5 p.m.

Give your child a special birthday treat at the airport together with family and friends. During a 45-minute tour, the kids get a
glimse of Germanys largest airport.

You get a close-up view of the aircraft and experience the thrill of takeoffs and landings from up close. The adventure culminates
in a birthday feast at either Marché (in Terminal 1) or the McDonald's restaurant (in Terminal 2).

This offer is available for birthday boys and girls up to 12 years old. We'll be happy to reservce tables for you at one of the
restaurants. You pay for your own food and drink there.
