           Proposal includes dissertation title, the research problem and question(s), relevance of study to the field,
theoretical/conceptual framework(s) and background information (literature review), methodology, research design
(methods for sampling, data collection, analysis and results sharing) and a detailed work plan with time estimates for
each stage of the research, including contingency plans for problematic elements of the proposal.
