Society of American Business Editors and Writers Honors Bloomberg in Every Category of Journalism

NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Bloomberg News has won 20 Society of American Business
Editors and Writers Awards for 2010, more than any other news organization this year. Bloomberg won in every
category of journalism for its investigative, explanatory, feature, breaking news and opinion coverage of companies,
markets and the economy.
The winning stories were recognized as they appeared in Bloomberg Markets magazine, Bloomberg News,
Bloomberg Businessweek and on Bloomberg Television.
"As SABEW represents the best and brightest of our peers in journalism, we are most grateful and honored to
receive the recognition these awards confer," said Matthew Winkler, Editor-in-Chief of Bloomberg News.
Today’s announcement brings the overall total number of SABEW awards for Bloomberg News to 67, which was
recognized for 6 awards in 2009. Since its inception in 1990, Bloomberg News has won more than 500 awards.
The awards will be presented on Saturday, April 9, at the 48th annual conference in Dallas.
