Since then been sent to mines around South Africa to preform same duties as above and have all been successful.

Food production Manager for E.S.S in Tikrit.E.S.S were sub-contracted to KBR.
Food Service Skilled for KBR in Bagdad.
Similar positions which entailed the menu planning preparation and service of all food & non-alcholic beverages for
7000military and civilian personal daily in a modern Dining facility.



The Supervision of 120 Indian, Sri Lankan and Nepalese Chefs , waiters and cleaning Staff.The Hygiene standards
required in these Kitchen's, dining facilities are of the highest in the World. All Food and Food Service Staff are
monitered and checked throughout the day, as are the cooking and cleaning procedures.
No food is touched other than by gloved personel. The Hand scrubbing and water temperatures are also carefully
monitered throughout the day.Excellent and High moral standard and ethics encouraged and strictly maintained in a
volatile and stressful enviroment.
