Some transactions will require our prior authorization and you
may be asked to provide identification and/or other
information prior to being able to authorize a transaction, even
if you have sufficient credits or value available. We are not
responsible for any losses or other consequences if a
transaction on your Card(s) is not approved for any reason,
even if you have sufficient credits or value available. Except
Flying J Owner-Operator as otherwise required by applicable law, we will not be
responsible if: (a) any merchant refuses to honor the Card(s);
